Nose: Grassy, fresh aromas of vanilla pods, brine and light smoke merge with rich smoked cheese, lemon sherbet and white grapes. Taste: As with the nose, gentle peat smoke is accompanied by mouth-coating zesty lemon tart, icing sugar, green apple and chewy toffee. Finish: Long wood fire smoke, lingering on sherbet lemon and creamy toffee sweets.
