Ruby is a more vibrant style of Port and the Pipe used for this expression adds a lovely red coloured hue to the whisky, it also delivers an abundance of depth and complexity with sweet spices and dark orchard fruit notes. Official Tasting Notes Colour - Rich Ruby. Nose - Lashings of honey, treacle and grape must, with sweet spice and hints of dark chocolate. Taste - Waves of heather honey, vanilla and treacle, fused with cinnamon, rosehips and mocha.
