A single Sherry cask from 1976 was personally selected by distillery manager Stuart Thomson which was then hand bottled (and hand signed by Stuart) exclusively for sale at the distillery way back in 1999. This is one of the most spectacular bottles to come out of Ardbeg in the past 25 years and is testament to the enduring loyalty the distillery has from its many worshipers.
