A release from Highland Teaninich distillery a spart of the Single Malts of Scotland, Reserve Casks series. Distilled in 2007, 2008 & 2009 and aged for 11 years and bottled in 2021 this Single Malt Whisky is a production of batch of five-ex bourbon hogsheads to create a sweet and savoury dram. Nose: Golden syrup coated sponge with a touch of coffee alongside fruity kiwi. Palate: Mint dark chocolate upfront alongside more bakery favourites with sponge, Madeira cake and savoury notes of cured meats. Finish: Earthy finish with parsnip, rosemary and truffle.
