Incredible subtlety and freshness in this vintage of Screaming Eagle. This is a majestic, intense red with layers of dark, savory flavors, violets and nuanced earthy elements that are not yet expressing themselves fully. It is more closed than when I tasted it earlier in barrel. This will likely be one of the best vintages for Screaming Eagle given its structure and components,
