After the success of the 2020 initial release, The English Whiskey Co. have released the anticipated this 2021 bottling. The official tasting notes speak of baked apples and hints of almonds, however it does not convey the sublime rich oiliness of this Whisky; truly something to savour and enjoy. A complex nose with citrus, baked apples and hints of almonds give way to a taste that is fruity with some lovely oak overtones; all ending with a rich, oily and slightly dry finish.
