The Red Cask Co. believe there can be no shortcuts to creating such natural colour and taste. Which is why all their Whisky is matured in the finest first fill sherry casks and hand selected by an experienced tasting panel. Nose: Musky, hints of toffee apples, undertones of fruity mix. Palate: Smooth then bursts of popping candy, more fruity flavours coming through, plums and figs, toffee and vanilla. Finish: Very smooth warm lingering sweet toffee, slight hints of coffee.
