Tasting Notes: Nose: Lightly heathery and sweetly honeyed, the aroma is beautifully introduced by a nutty-fruity waft of Oloroso. Tropical fruit notes of banana and pineapple give it a really appealing character, further developed by hints of fresh apricots, walnuts, and a little wood spice. Taste: Creamy-smooth and coating, flowing lightly over the tongue. The taste is honey sweet, yet soon buzzes with warming nutmeg and pepperspice which nicely balance exotic, fruity hints of grape, peach and apricot. Finish: Quite long, attractively sweet and malty yet also clean and with plenty of white pepper spiciness. Elegantly drying, vanilla-rich oak-spice lingers in the aftertaste.
