Vina AB is a young Amontillado which has been aged for 12 years both under the flor and also in contact with oxygen. As a result, it shows a light amber color. On the nose subtle and delicate with typical Palomino aromas of nuts, in this case hazelnuts and slight reminders of yeast due to its time under flor. On the palate Vina AB shows subtle notes of oak with a pleasant balanced acidity and slightly bitter finish. Excellent with white meats, rice dishes and foods difficult to match such as artichokes and asparagus. Serve chilled.
