Malbec has been grown in the high valleys of the Andes for a long time today the old vines producing complexity and richness. The nose has a mix of black fruits rich and ripe the palate black plum, black truffles and dark chocolate the tannins are fine and integrated the mid palate supple, fleshy with velvet smoothness. Bilberry towards the back balances the richness but it finishes with a mix of fleshy black fruits. The decision is easy beef, venison and duck.
