WHY WE LIKE IT - The most respected name in sparkling Spanish wine-making. In 2012, the family left the DO Cava and created their own more strictly defined and geographically specific appellation: Conca del Riu Anoia. which allows for a structured, fresh and complex sparkling wine. TASTING NOTES - This mineral-driven Spanish bubbly is bright and lively with fruity aromas of lemon and green apple and more complex notes of fresh baked bread. The palate is well structured with tiny bubbles that dance across the palate. PRODUCTION NOTES - Made in the traditional method. Vinification in stainless steel tanks followed by blending and secondary fermentation in bottle. Aged for a minimum of 18 months. Extra brut. No dosage.
