This cask-strength bourbon is a unique collaboration between Hirsch Selected Whiskeys and Hine Cognac. It's made from 6-year-old bourbon distilled in Bardstown, KY (cough. . . Willett), that's finished for 18 months in 30-year-old XO cognac casks. The finishing brings hints of cherry and charred citrus to the nose, and ripe stone fruit and fresh raisins to the palate.
