WA 92 The 2011 Ilatraia represents a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc. The wine opens to a beautifully saturated garnet color with dark intensity and a bold appearance. The nose matches the intensity of the wine's outer appearance with thick fruit layers and bursting blackberry. That pretty fruit core is embellished with delicate notes of spice, leather, tobacco and grilled herb. The wine shows fine tannins at the back with stern power and determination to match.
