Tinazzi produces a beautiful Amarone from juicy, hearty Italian grapes (predominantly Corvina), with complex flavours elevating its finesse. Appearing as an intense deep red with garnet hues on maturation, the wine has hints of red berry fruit, prunes, and cherries on the palate and nose. Slight spicy and balsamic notes with a hint of chocolate come to play from the wine?s time spent in both American and French oak. It is ample, multifaceted with remarkable structure and balance on the mouth. Enjoy on its own (allowing it time to breath) or accompany it with aged cheeses or any dish featuring a beef fillet mignon or sheep flank.
