Hand Barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon comes in this white marble Bourbon barrel bottle and is beautifully decorated. The mash bill is 64% corn, 24% rye and 12% malted barley and aged in American White Oak with #4 char. The nose has notes of toffee, caramel, buttered corn, cinnamon and pepper spice. The palate is round, viscous with waves of oaky caramel, butter and bursts of pepper give way to a honeyed sweetness and round mouthfeel of baked apple and cinnamon. The finish is vibrant with light tannins.
