The lots are fermented separately and masterfully blended. Our final blend is thoughtfully assembled offering bright, rich aromatics and bold fruit, layered with hints of oak seasoning and always deftly balanced. Our wines are largely fermented with naturally occurring yeasts. The wines are aged 16-18 months in French and American oak cooperage, and clarified by racking before bottling. ”

Upon entry, the wine is youthful but satisfying, with supple flavors of wild berries, currant, and plum complemented by savory allspice.
