Our 2021 Scarlata is a mesmerizing proprietary blend of Petite Sirah and
Alicante Bouschet. This wine is exquisitely opaque, and reflects a gorgeous
deep scarlet color with vibrant violet tones. Aromas of dark cherries, cola,
blood orange peel and toasty French vanilla notes swirl in the glass. Lively on
the palate, this premiere release offers notes of Washington cherries, red berries
and fresh cream. Notes of dark chocolate and spice complement the red fruits.
The wine is creamy through the mid-palate with youthful yet supple belt leather
tannins drying on the finish. This seductive and intriguing wine will pair
wonderfully with dishes ranging from grilled stuffed pork chops served with an
array of fruit chutneys, to baked eggplant parmesan. For those patient enough,
this limited production wine will age gracefully in your cellar for years to come.
